The software must be able to operate in a closed network, but have the ability to communicate between sites via exports and imports using a flash drive. The software must contain a CRM (Customer Relations Management) module that integrates with GP customers and vendors for ease of management. 2. The software must have a sales order configurator to assist in the clarification of product lines for sales staff and customers. Must have the ability to link MS Outlook for workflows and status updates. Requires the ability to track warranty and service orders across multiple sites without connectivity. The software must also contain advanced security because the system will be operated by offenders and managed by staff.
