The Work includes but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment required for the recommended repairs/parts or replacements for Wet-Pipe Fire Systems, Dry-Pipe Fire Systems, Standpipes, Deluge Systems, Fire Pumps and Basic Fire Suppression Systems to keep all compliant with NFPA 25 standards. All repairs are expected to, and shall be done in a manner to, not interrupt or disrupt the operations. The repairs shall be based on the recommended maintenance schedule for NFPA 25 or by service recommendations from existing NFPA 25 Inspection Testing Contractors Reports, or Port of Seattle Boiler Shop Chief Engineer for the various Fire Suppression System equipment.
