The project consists of all work to be performed as indicated in the Project Manual, Drawings, and any posted addenda. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and other incidentals for the construction of a new fire training facility and associated site work. The proposed project includes site improvements for fire hydrants, site lighting, storm water system, curbs, paving, striping, propane gas piping, foundation for training facility and other site improvements. The construction area is approximately 0.75 acres. The project has an additive bid alternate for the receipt, hoisting and installation of the owner-provided Taylor’d Mixed Use Training Prop. The additive bid alternate includes the installation of electrical and lighting within the Mixed Use Training Prop and assistance with coordination of the Fireblast equipment and standpipe. Installation of the Fireblast equipment and internal connections of the Fireblast equipment is by others. Installation of the fire protection standpipe in the stairwell is by others.
