Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work for this project consists of the replacement or rehabilitation of approximately 370 ft. of 18-in. diameter concrete sewer pipe, including four new sewer manholes. Portions of the existing sewer pipe are located under the Seattle Public Utility (SPU) water mains. Methods of installation include roughly 285 ft. of open-cut and 85 ft. of jack-&-bore. The project also includes the abandonment of a sewer manhole and approximately 400-ft. of sewer pipe. Restoration for the open-cut portion of the project includes sidewalk and curb & gutter replacement, trench patching, asphalt grind and overlay and mitigation and restoration planting for two small wetland areas and their buffers.
