1. Contractors shall provide food and/or non-alcoholic beverages during the Fairchild Air Force Base Picnic that is scheduled to take place on 21 August 2025. Based on previous attendance records, crowds are estimated to be up to 3000. Food service will be during the time of 10:30am to 1:30pm.
2. We expect to have 11 different Food Vendors at this event. Our goal is for each Food Vendor to provide a “Food Truck” environment. Each Food Truck will have 1 to 2 of their most popular items that are quick and easy to serve. Fairchild 92 Force Support Squadron will pay an agreed upon amount for the agreed upon portion of food service up to an agreed upon quantity of servings. Each patron being served will not be paying because this is a free event for the Base Picnic patrons. Since payment transactions do not need to take place while serving each customer, we expect each customer to be served quickly. The item should be extra small to small ( 1/3 to 1/2 of regular meal size portion) size serving as the patrons will most likely partake in offerings from several of the Food Trucks during the event. The item(s) should be served on disposable plate/bowl/cup with disposable utensils (if applicable) and easy to consume while the patron is walking around the picnic.
