Community Transit (CT) requires design Services and Construction Administration Services (CAS) to renovate and remodel the eastern end of the Hardeson Campus Vehicle Maintenance (HCVM) building located at 7000 Hardeson Road, Everett, WA. The interior and exterior design work associated with this project includes the maintenance building area, parts warehouse, and training facilities east of the newly renovated bus maintenance garage that was completed in 2024. Project work includes a preliminary estimate to obtain LEED Silver Certification prior to starting building design; construction Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) from Preliminary (30%) through 60%, 90%, and Final (100%) Design; renderings of each floor plan and exterior elevation at each design level; site survey; geotechnical data gathering; existing utility locates; building hazardous materials sampling and remediation plans, as needed; permitting assistance; project master schedule; bidding assistance through award of the General Contractor (GC); and CAS during construction
