C-TRAN is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide concrete cutting services to cut a 60” wide x 48” height hold in a cinderblock wall. There are no additional lines of concern for the cutting process, and the existing conduit against the wall will be removed prior to this work being performed. The expectation for the contractor will be to cordon off the work area necessary for them to safely perform the work while reducing the chances for concrete dust and debris from spreading to other work areas. C-TRAN will do its best to reduce or eliminate staff from the immediate area, and will have their Facilities Manager assist in organizing when the work takes place. Once the hole has been cut, the contractor will cleanup the work area from the associated dust/debris.
