The Work shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental thereto for: The improvements will include new message board signs located at three “entrances” to the City of Maple Valley; locations include the north entry on SR 169 north of Witte Rd SE, the south entry on SR 169 north of SE 276th St, and the west entry on SR 516 east of 216th Ave SE. The work also includes the following: Erosion control BMPs Electrical service systems for the signs including service cabinets and foundations with meter and uninterrupted power supply system (backup power), junction boxes, conduit, and coordination with PSE. Curb, gutter and channelization improvements. A vehicular pullout, grading, and rockery at the West Entry sign location, Rockery work Temporary traffic control during construction Other work necessary to complete the Work as specified and shown in the Contract Documents
