Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. TASK 1: Agricultural Action Identification: a. The consultant will identify potential actions that could be undertaken to enhance agricultural viability in the Clear Creek area of the Puyallup Watershed. Actions will include but not be limited to those that would improve agricultural drainage. The consultant will develop a technical memorandum summarizing potential actions and prioritize those actions to advance toward feasibility in in the second phase of the project. b. Assumptions: Actions will be identified collaboratively with the Farming in the Floodplain Project Manager and with the Snohomish County Agricultural Engineer. The analysis will be qualitative and based on readily available information. c. Deliverables: Draft and Final Clear Creek Agricultural Action Identification Memorandum, scope of work for Clear Creek Agricultural Viability Action Feasibility to be conducted as Phase 2. 2. TASK 2: Technical Advisory Group (TAG) Meeting(s) a. The consultant will facilitate up to two meetings of the TAG. b. Assumptions: The consultant will not be responsible for booking the meeting location, any fees associated with the meeting location, or for meeting refreshments. Up to three technical consultant staff will participate in up to two TAG meetings during Phase 1. c. Deliverables: Meeting agendas and summaries of key meeting outcomes.
