Specifications include, but are not limited to: The replacement system(s) must meet all of the Agency’s mandatory system, functional, and security requirements. The Agency is looking for a Vendor that will provide: • Implementation services, including all efforts required to prepare and train Agency personnel to use the system effectively, detailed further in Section 3 below • Full integration between financial modules as well as open integration with other modules and systems • Accrual basis financial reporting and compliance with the Budgeting, Accounting and Reporting (BARS) manual, as defined by the Office of the Washington State Auditor • Compatibility with MS Office tools • Single entry of information for use in multiple modules • Real-time information and back-ups • User customization of fields and reports • Easy export of all data for analysis • Ease of use, ability to view increasing levels of account detail on screen • Client server application • Reliable and responsive support, company growth and stability.
