Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Washington State Department of Corrections – Correctional Industries, hereinafter referred to as DOC CI, is initiating this Request for Information (RFI) Number RFI 11721 to research and analyze the costs and benefits of purchasing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution that communicates and integrates data effectively such that: (1) DOC CI is operating on the same version of ERP software on a connected network; (2) ERP solution permits standardized part numbering; (3) that includes ongoing training for employees and incarcerated individuals; (4) the ERP includes a change management plan; (5) permits and creates roles and responsibilities for maintenance as required by DOC CI business operations; (6) ERP solution performing according to standard operating procedures; (6) is complementary of a governance model; (7) defines and documents all deliverables as operationally sustainable as possible, and; (8) will comply with the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) security requirements.
