Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Develop a county-wide standard enterprise analytics solution using data sourced from Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft and Hyperion with ability to scale to future requirements & maturity for analytics capabilities, for example to allow other data sources in the future. Benefit: Reduce the manual effort hours and repurpose annual dollars spent on Agency reporting side systems that duplicate data from EBS, PeopleSoft and/or Hyperion to provide a standardized ERP reporting and analytics solution across King County. 2. King County must have an alternative solution to replace Oracle Discoverer which is being retired by Oracle and will not be compatible with future Microsoft and Java versions as early as 2017. Benefit: Provide Agencies with a standardized reporting tool and address Discoverer de-support.
