Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Arlington is initiating a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to design a site plan to accommodate a Food Truck Court consisting of space to support up to eight (8) mobile food trucks, with the ability to expand to a total of twelve (12) in the future, a 2,500 S.F. post-frame building (by others), 30 + outdoor dining spaces, a precast restroom facility (by others), associated drive aisles and vehicle parking, and a small fenced playground area with aviation related play structures. The project will also require grading plans/profiles, and utility installation design to include water, sanitary sewer, storm water, electrical, and communications
