2.6.1. ECOLOGY is hiring a consultant to provide technical assistance in reviewing documentation pertaining to Site investigation and remedial activities. ECOLOGY also plans on having a facilitation plan in place if the project group needs to incorporate a thirdparty facilitator. This effort is a continuation of the Wyckoff Generational Remedy work that has been conducted since 2009 and will continue until the implementation of all major remedies specified in Amended Records of Decision (2018 and 2019) has taken place. Tasks in this scope of work include: 1. Technical Support for the review of documentation related to Site activities, including but not limited to the following: a. Various draft remedial design reports, b. Field investigation plans/reports, and c. Construction documents (for remedies). 2. Potential third-party facilitation of quarterly review meetings between the project team (EPA and ECOLOGY) as required under State Superfund Contract (SSC), Task 1 – Technical Support and Document Review Consultant will review and formally comment on selected EPA documents provided by ECOLOGY. EPA will develop technical documents under the terms of the Superfund State Contract anticipated to include, at a minimum: Engineering Design Report(s), including: o 60% Upland Design Report, and o 60% Sediment Design Report, and o 95% Upland Design Report, and o 95% Sediment Design Report, and o 100% Design Report (if necessary).
