1. Develop and administer written/technical exams that align with job specific requirements. Test materials shall be tailored to law enforcement, corrections and 911 call receiver/dispatch positions. 2. Written/technical examinations shall follow the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) employment tests and selection guidance and procedures. 3. Exam content shall be job related, assessing for the baseline knowledge, skills and ability needed to be successful in the position. The Contractor shall, as requested by the County, partially or fully customize an off-the-shelf product to ensure content is job related. If the Contractor cannot customize an off-the-shelf product, Contractor shall provide an alternative solution. Alternative solution(s) proposed by the Contractor require approval by the County representative. 4. Conduct a test validation study and/or job analysis for each examination to ensure test content aligns with KCSO and DAJD job requirements. 5. Administer physical ability tests in accordance with Washington State Criminal Justice Training Center (CJTC) physical ability requirements.
