Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) intends to issue an RFQQ to solicit proposals for conducting performance evaluation reviews of Employment and Day program services, including but not limited to County administration requirements and direct client services. The selected entity will assist DDD in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and quality of the Employment and Day program and assessing compliance with rules and laws. The Division will remain the primary lead but desires to work with another entity who will do the field work from the point of notification of site-review dates to the confirmation of corrective action(s).
