Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Inspections and Testing 1.King County Metro TFD may elect to have some or all of its conveyances tested and/or inspected annually as part of a comprehensive asset management strategy.2.Services may include site visits prior to, during, and/or after completion of major repairs. 3.The County may also require the Contractor to be on site to observe, monitor, and inspect the re-commissioning of newly repaired escalators.B.Miscellaneous Services Miscellaneous services shall include, but are not limited to: accident, reconstruction,investigation, evaluate repair estimates, billing reviews, condition surveys, contract management, contract review, equipment surveys, expert witness, complaint investigation, loss control, performance evaluations, re-inspections, safety, training, ADA surveys, accessibility requirements, and miscellaneous email and telephone consultations. These services shall be billed at an hourly rate per the Contract.1.The process for establishing this Work shall be as follows:a.King County Project Manager (KCPM) or designee provides the Contractor with the required task.b.The Contractor shall evaluate all labor requirements to complete the task and provide a job quote for all work based on the established Contract rates,including a written cost estimate for all costs.
