Specifications include, but are not limited to: Western Washington University provides WWU students high quality affordable integrated medical and behavioral health care to support their academic progress and assist them in navigating the healthcare system. To assist with these efforts, Western is seeking to contract with a firm to provide a fully comprehensive and integrated EMR application. Our goal is eventual full integration with the WWU Counseling Center staff using this EMR for documentation of intakes, assessment and therapy notes with appropriate safeguards for confidentiality. The Speech and Hearing Clinic and the Psychology department’s Counseling Training Clinic may have interest in use of the same EMR. 1) System Requirements Ability to interface with the campus ERP system (Ellucian Banner 9, Ethos) • System uptime of 24/7, 365. • Supports use of modern web browsers (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera). • Single sign on must be SAML 2.0 compliant. • Optimized for use with tablets and smart phones (ie.
