Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work encompasses two categories of activities: Routine Inspections: Conduct visual inspections and functional checks of all EV chargers to identify any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. Vendor shall provide a 48-hour response time and schedule service with City Light, and coordinate access to equipment. Vendor shall have an Electrical Contractor’s license. Inspection tasks performed by employees that do not have an electrician’s license may not include repairs or alterations of electrical components. Maintenance: Activities subject to compliance with RCW 19.28, which include the following: Vendor shall have an Electrical Contractor’s License and employees performing the work shall have an electrician’s license. Employees performing the work shall have experience and/or training for one or more manufacturers Direct Current Fast Chargers (DCFC) and/or Level 2 Chargers. Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance tasks to replace consumables, inspect electrical components, and perform necessary upgrades to enhance charger performance. Reactive Maintenance: Respond promptly to reported issues, malfunctions, or breakdowns, and provide repairs or replacements as needed.
