Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this work is to provide economics support for Puget Sound ecosystem recovery efforts per the EPA’s Base+ (NEP and Geographic Funding) award. This work will support and guide the Puget Sound Partnership, leads of ISs, and other recovery partners to access and make use of relevant and credible economics information, tools, and methodologies that allow IS Leads and others to consider economic aspects of Puget Sound recovery. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) is to solicit experienced bidders that have the skills and expertise needed to support and guide the Puget Sound Partnership, leads of Puget Sound Implementation Strategies, and other recovery partners to access and make use of relevant and credible economics information, tools, and methodologies that allow us to consider economic aspects of Puget Sound recovery.
