Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of the work, as set forth below: a. Planning and Implementation (1) Consulting with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Strategic Planning Initiative Facilitators (SPIF) on the following items: (a) Topics and associated curriculum; (b) Maximum number of participants under EMT and SME umbrella; (c) Timeline in general and meeting dates; (d) Training and meeting formats; (e) Azimuth checks to ensure group remains on track with established timelines. (2) Guidance, mediation, and recommendations through “sticking points” that are encountered during the strategic planning process. (a) Recommendations on best practices; (b) Decision making processes and practices for different types of decisions and urgency levels; (c) Corresponding document types and communication methods associated with decision-making. b. In-Person Training (1) Hold in-person training sessions with ELT on the following topics. (a) Objectives and action planning; (b) Effective meeting management, change management, and decision making; (c) Key performance indicators and developing performance metrics. (2) Evaluations of each training session by its participants and summary to the ELT and SPIF to allow for course corrections as needed to meet unit needs. c. Virtual Training (1) Hold virtual training courses, with potentially multiple sessions for each topic depending on the total number of participants, with members of the ELT, EMT, and other subject matter experts (SMEs). These trainings may relate to the following topics, although the ELT would like recommendations from the consultant on content and organization of associated training sessions: (a) Self-assessment overview, facilitation, and discussion as a tool for self-awareness and understanding different approaches; (b) Leadership, management, diverse workforce/sensitivity, and communication; (c) Time management, stress management, and problem solving...
