The Vendor shall provide the following for the Feasibility Study: 1. Business Requirements documentation by business process for HR, Payroll and Finance processes. 2. Fit/Gap documentation, consisting of a comparison of the Fit/Gap of Business Requirements against the HR, Payroll and Finance recommended systems from the market analysis, and against existing PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll system. Capabilities identified as gaps, partial fits, or future product roadmap items should include additional information and explanation. a. “Fit” indicates the product or a feature meets the needs of the capability. b. “Gap” indicates the system cannot satisfy the requirement. c. “Partial” indicates that the system can meet some of the requirement but not all. d. “Roadmap” would indicate the capability is on the system’s roadmap.
