Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide project management services to support the project to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with the ERP Workday implementation. Specifically, Contractor will participate in key activities and review key deliverables to support the One Washington staff. Contractor will also: • Support the implementation activities as requested by the One Washington Project Management Office (PMO) Manager. • Participate in key meetings, such as the PMO status meetings, Risk and Issues Meetings, Business Transformation Board, Technical Workshops, design sessions, and the Executive Steering Committee as requested by Program leadership. • Review key deliverables and provide comments to the One Washington staff for consideration. • Review risk, issues, and decision papers created by any One Washington program member and provide comments to the One Washington staff for consideration. • Review change requests against the contracts and statements of work and provide comments to the One Washington staff for consideration. • Support the establishment and revisions to project established versions of the Foundation Data Model (FDM), including the Chart of Accounts (COA). • Support the mapping of the Agency (COA) elements to the Foundation Data Model, including the review of the mapping spreadsheets and the configuration workbooks. • Support and supplement existing Program staff, time and expertise, during the ERP implementation, specifically with the development and review of the Foundation Data Model, Requirements Matrix, Gap Analysis and technical plans. • Support the coordination of design activities between the functional and technical teams. • Assistance to the Program with the security reviews conducted with the State Office of Chief Information Officer (“OCIO”) and Washington Technology Solutions (“WaTech”). • Support the review, development and refinement of user stories and test scenarios to meet the business processes of the state. • Support the establishment of the One Washington testing center of excellence (“COE”) by developing the COE charter and plan. The COE will be one-stop solution center to use the testing best practices between Workday, Deloitte and State of Washington to coordinate and manage all testing (software implementation/upgrades, data conversion, integrations, etc.). The center can be operationalized after each release is deployed to manage future upgrades going forward. This includes the process to constantly update configuration documents.
