Specifications include, but are not limited to: Interact with institutions and the system to carry out the Readiness Assessment, including information gathering. Evaluate SBCTC and each college in the system on the degree of preparedness for an ERP implementation. Identify preparedness gaps and make recommendations for closing the gaps. Outline the methodology you will use to conduct this assessment, to include a description of the readiness factors you will use. Provide a written plan, details, and recommended method for the college system to implement a modern ERP system. The plan, details, and recommendation shall be based upon the information gathered in Deliverable #1 “Assessment�. The Plan shall include: • Staffing Recommendation • Project Timeline • Project Budget • Project Organization • Roles and Responsibilities • Communication Plan • Critical Issues Identified • Project Scope • Risk Mitigation Plan • Training Plan
