Develop and Implement Outreach and Recruitment Strategy 1.1 Design a comprehensive outreach and recruitment plan to raise awareness in the Duwamish Valley and other King County communities of navigation services available and clean energy/green jobs and other construction trade, maritime, and aviation careers and training opportunities. 1.1.1 Seek feedback from the Port on the draft plan and incorporate mutually agreed upon revisions. 1.2 Network with training providers to stay informed of upcoming training sessions, available slots, and application processes to help transition participants into the training programs. 1.3 Promote Port-related industry training programs, encourage enrollment, identify target groups and develop key messaging. 1.4 Build lasting partnerships with community organizations, schools, and other relevant entities to create a culturally-relevant network for outreach and recruitment.
