The Consultant shall provide the necessary multi-discipline professional, technical, and engineering services, including all labor, equipment, and materials to successfully complete the following: planning, design, sediment testing, structural assessment, permitting, support services during construction, and peer reviews of work by others, such as PORT staff, other agencies, and other consulting firms, for dredging projects at the PORT, located at any of the PORT and Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) terminals and federal access channels. Dredging scope may include maintenance dredging, berth and access channel deepening, sediment remediation and cleanup, dredging related mitigation, and beneficial use of dredged material
