Authorized Vendors of products are invited to provide proposalsfor an optional use contract to be considered by the Washington Learning Source (WLS) for the purpose of providing its members competitive pricing: Digital English Language Arts Instructional Tool A web-based instructional product that: • Relies on the user’s input and/or teacher’s input to determine the order and pace of instruction delivery, at least in part • Is diagnostic and prescriptive • Provides engaging content for students • Provides formative and summative assessment data that are easy for educators and leaders to interpret • May or may not require teacher’s intervention • Is available in the classroom as well as outside the school day at home, community centers, and other locations
