Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1) Coordinate technical assistance and training for community providers, DDA staff and families and/or individual with developmental disabilities across the state, (2) Respond to requests from regional DDA staff in a timely manner, (3) (4) Match requests with qualified and appropriate consultants, (5) Design schedules for training/consultation, coordinate schedules, and pay consultant fee and expenses, (6) Coordinate participation/funding of conferences that provide technical assistance to families, participants, providers and DDA staff, as requested by DDA, (7) Track budget usage by region, including provider, topic, amount, and consultant, from identified/designated regional allocation and as determined by DDA, (8) Coordinate scheduling, travel, and lodging for the trainers, (9) Provide technical assistance and consultation for individuals who need enhanced, specialized services, (10) Provide technical assistance and support to headquarters staff in developing and executing training events each fiscal year, (11) Providing technical assistance and/or consultation support for video production and other media resources for training and professional development needs, (12) Develop and coordinate training and/or technical assistance to individuals, families, agencies, and/or employers, (13) Provide technical assistance and consultation for individuals, families, and/or support service agencies, (14) Facilitate DDA staff training and/or provide or subcontract subject matter experts in areas of (a) Operationalizing values through service delivery (b) Effective best practices in case resource management (c) Effective best practices in positive behavior support and interventions, and enhanced/specialized service delivery,
