Specifications include, but are not limited to: As part of the DRS Creating an Outstanding Retirement Experience (CORE) Program, a multi-year, multiproject effort to support technology enhancements and business process redesign, the State of Washington Department of Retirement Systems is seeking information about a Data and Document Archive solution. It is envisioned that the Data and Document Archive solution would initially be utilized to support archive strategies for the following systems: The LINUX platform, a primarily interactive, real-time system that maintains Membership Information, Determines Pension Benefits, provides earnings information and employment history for members of all retirement systems and plans and participants of the Deferred Compensation Program. Estimated Users: 250+ ; • Ensure business users can easily access infrequently utilized or archived data. • Ensure security and privacy protections for DRS data. • Be responsive to public records requests. • Support data governance decisions for data and document storage and retention. • Integrate into the DRS IT Roadmap. • Increase system efficiency and decrease costs associated with records request management. • Cloud Based. The solution must be accessible from a desktop. • Static Data. The solution must store data and documents in a fixed or static format. • Role Based Access Controls/Permissions. The solution must allow DRS to regulate who can view and use the application by setting roles and permissions. • Configurable. The solution must be configurable by DRS to support standard workflow queries, reporting, ad-hoc queries and data and document exchange. • Modern UI. The solution must have modern User Interface (UI) features to help users easily perform searches and gain insights about stored data and documents. • Data and Document Storage Management. The solution must allow DRS to analyze, classify, and index data and documents before storing. • Data and Document Retention Management. The solution must allow DRS to create rules for how long data and documents must be retained/stored.
