Specifications include, but are not limited to: Central Washington University, (CWU, the University, Central), seeks proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of developing a university-wide data warehousing solution which will produce The Only Version of the Truth for the purposes of external reporting (federal and state) and reporting internally for improved organizational decision making. The data warehouse objective is to design and implement relational data marts, which include the areas of: student, faculty/staff and financial management. The data marts will be built using a consultant lead/collaborative approach with four professional staff of Organizational Effectiveness (OE) who have been assigned to work along side the vendor throughout the project to ensure seamless knowledge, transfer and ownership.
