Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Contractor will perform all cleaning services, as stated in the attached work schedule in a satisfactory manner. The Contractor shall select its own employees or agents and such employees and agents shall be responsible to the Contractor. • The Contractor is not obligated to perform services on the following statutory holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Services on holidays when requested by the Company shall be performed at twice the normal daily rate.
