Work includes construction of a GAC facility designed to remove PFAS from a potable ground water source; installation of four GAC vessels and GAC media; construction of reinforced concrete backwash tank and recycle pump station; construction of yard piping; installation of District furnished chemical feed systems; installation of instrumentation using the District selected instrumentation integrator S&B; construction of in-ground infrastructure including water mains, manholes and vaults, seismic adaptors, primary and control electrical conduit and wiring; construction of a stormwater infiltration system; site preparation including tree removal, grading, excavation, fence installation, landscaping, and miscellaneous improvements; modifications to the existing water treatment building.
