Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bellingham (the City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the primary purpose of obtaining proposals from vendors that can provide ERP software and implementation services. The City is also considering replacing additional applications and is interested in understanding options available to them from software vendors that can provide both ERP modules and the additional modules. Evaluation of RFP responses and selection of Short Listed vendors will be primarily focused towards the ERP functionality offered. The City is seeking a complete response from proponents who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to perform the services, and meet or exceed the requirements and service levels specified herein. Proponents submitting a proposal in response to this RFP must have a solid customer base of cities utilizing the proposed solution, including cities similar in size and service delivery to Bellingham. Information concerning the City’s objectives, current environment, project scope and timeline, requirements, RFP response parameters and evaluation criteria are discussed in the balance of this document.
