The scope of work of the CONTRACTOR shall include: • Coordination and scheduling of stakeholder meetings. Schedule locations and facilitate meetings working with DNR’s Wildland Fire Management Division project coordinating group to determine general locations and groups to meet with. • Develop agendas and complete summaries for all collaborative and workgroup meetings. • Communicate with representatives of various parties between meetings to develop meeting agendas, document issues and concerns, build relationships and trust and find ways to address challenges. Provide materials and support to facilitate public access to collaborative meeting information and other information as required. • Collaborate with the project coordinating group and the collaborative steering committee. • Provide a final report to participating entities by synthesizing deliberations, finding, recommendations, agreements, and suggesting next steps for the consortium, workgroups, and or the key parties. • Provide recommendations in coordination with the Washington State Fire Marshall’s Office with a final report recommending statewide criteria to be used by counties to determine wildfire risk • Provide DNR with a final report with the criteria and analysis utilized in assessing wildfire risk.
