Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary work of the consultant is to support the multi-agency / department and multi-systemteam(s) through managing and organizing tasks, conducting research, drafting materials,facilitating meetings, and working with outside partners. Expected tasks and deliverables for theconsultant will include some or all of the following elements:Work PlanThe consultant s first task is to work with the Goal Team Project Manager to develop a detailedwork plan to be completed within the allotted timeframe (see Attachment B as noted forAttachment A, this is available at the King County Procurement website or by contacting theBuyers listed on page 2 of this RFP). The work plan will include tasks, assignments, andtimeframes.Project ManagementThe consultant will organize, manage, and track progress on all tasks draft agendas for andprepare materials for Team meetings.Meeting FacilitationThe consultant will be required to design and facilitate meetingsOutreachThe consultant will conduct outreach to partners that may include key informant interviews,focus groups, and surveys.ResearchThe consultant will conduct research that will include gap analysis, identification of bestpractices, benchmarking, data compilation and analysis, and recommendations for achievingthe strategies and responding to the priority issue within each goal area.Draft ReportThe consultant will prepare a report that will be used in the goal plan. This report will beprovided to King County s Performance, Strategy and Budget Division in draft format prior tobeing finalized
