Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being issued by the Business Resource Center (BRC) office in the Department of Executive Services of King County to establish a roster of eligible IT Vendors who provide expert Consulting Services related to the technologies and ERP systems supported by the BRC. The BRC currently supports three enterprise systems: PeopleSoft HCM system, Oracle E-Business Suite financial system, and the Hyperion Budget system. BRC also supports financial reporting tools, Oracle Discoverer and Oracle BI Publisher, and integration tools (ODI and BPEL) and various technologies that make up the application stack. This RFQ process will produce a roster of vendors who have been pre-qualified and have master contracts on file. Once this is complete, the BRC can procure services from the roster via a work order process.
