The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing Plans, Specifications and Estimate for improvements to Travis Rd./Sellards Rd. and 27th Ave./Gum St. Intersections. The proposed improvements include the evaluation of the existing intersections, and the design of all improvements. The major features of the project are as follows: • Evaluation and inspection of the existing intersection conditions, • Recommendations for any required improvements to the intersections, • Design of intersection improvements to be retrofitted to existing intersections, • Coordination with utility provider, • Environmental documentation and preparation of permit applications, • Review of any required shop drawings and construction assistance. • Provide County with a complete PS&E Package for Submission to Local Programs
