Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this contract is to provide construction management, surveying, and related services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks (DNRP) during construction of the Lower Russell Levee Setback Project, which is a federally funded construction project. The Consultant will be responsible for all aspects of construction management and inspection including but not limited to field inspections, document control, survey, and change management. This will include review, monitoring, and inspection of the contractor and its subcontractors’ work on the project for problems, violations, or incompliance in implementing the project design or the contractor’s safety programs and communication with the County throughout the duration of the construction. Construction management work covered by this contract will be conducted in accordance with King County Water and Land Resources Division’s 2014 Construction Management Manual.
