All work to be performed on-site at STIA. This excludes any shop work that can be performed ahead of actual service dates. Vendor to provide all tools necessary to perform work, including ladders. Service work will be scheduled with the Boiler Room to coincide with minimal passenger/tenant impacts and seasonal impacts too. 4.1.1. Maintain the three (3) new heat pumps per OEM recommendations. See installation manual Attachment A, page 38. 4.1.2. Work performed by a qualified licensed mechanical service provider. 4.1.3. Maximizes safety and minimizes response times. 4.1.4. Adhere to all applicable regulations. 4.1.5. Comply with State of Washington Clean Buildings Performance Standards (CBPS), 4.1.6. 24 hour on-call response(s). 4.1.7. Vendor to provide all standard regular service parts and the tools/equipment required to safely perform the work as described. 4.1.8. Job Hazard Analysis, waste management plan, warranties, and reports to be submitted as required to the Boiler Room. Perform Leak Inspections.
