Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will be asked to provide high quality equipment including but not limited to backline, audio, visual, lighting, and technical support for up to 4 concerts or events. Venues could include seated theater, ballroom, athletic pavilion, outdoor lawn with stage. Technicians provided by the contracted vendor are expected to assist CWU staff, technicians, and volunteers with the set-up and tear-down of all equipment provided under the scope of this RFQQ. Technicians must be able to work alongside student techs in a professional and patient manner so the student techs may gain experience working with the equipment provided. Technicians shall be available for set-up and tear-down, all sound checks, and during the course of events in order to troubleshoot any technical difficulties and ensure equipment is working properly at all times.
