Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work Scope of work to include, but may not be limited to, the following: 1. As a first phase, assist Community Conversations planning group shape the Community Conversation events in terms of topics, formats, interactive components, speakers, outcomes and materials, outreach/participation building, etc. 2. As a second phase, successfully stage three Community Conversations with attendance and input from broad base of University District stakeholders, including under-represented and non-English speaking populations, and other civic interest parties, ideally in June, October and December 2012 (pending coordination efforts). 3. Throughout the process: a. Create and update communications for successful implementation of Community Conversations. This will include but not be limited to an interactive online, web-page that showcases the information brought to the Community Conversations using state of the art graphic design programs, in coordination with related UDLP planning. b. Document the conversations with a combination of visual and written materials. c. Staff Community Conversations planning group, providing agenda management, and follow-on tasks necessary to planning and production of Community Conversations. d. Provide all administrative and logistical detail staff support for producing the Community Conversations events e. Create and implement a communications plan that will successfully reach a broad base of University District stakeholders to the Community Conversations create a web-site that will house information and graphics from the Community Conversations f. Provide advice to the Community Conversations planning group regarding other tasks that support achieving program goals (listed above). The University, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to amend the Scope of Work as necessary.
