Specifications include, but are not limited to: Community Based Transportation Demand ManagementServices (CBTDM). King County Metro (County) is launching a coordinated set of community-based transportation demandmanagement programs for one year, extendable for up to five years. The Community-Based TransportationDemand Management Services (CBTDM) program will focus on providing information, education, outreach,and tools to encourage and facilitate non-drive alone travel. The goal of this program is to influence howpeople make their travel choices for all trips, including work and non-work trips. The program also willassist riders who rely on public transportation, by helping them understand how to use the availableoptions. The program will complement Metro's continuing trip-reduction efforts through employers,recognizing that non-work trips represent the vast majority of travel. The program also is consistent withKing County's efforts in climate change and social justice
