The Apparent Successful Bidder will provide consulting services statewide, supporting DNR with the valuation and management of communication towers and sites. These services will include the preparation of consulting reports that are tailored to DNR’s specific needs. These reports will not constitute real estate appraisal reports as defined by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), but rather will serve as internal tools to assist with decision-making and analysis. In addition to preparing consulting reports, the Apparent Successful Bidder will be responsible for reviewing appraisals submitted by third parties, including those provided by prospective and existing lessees. This review process will involve a thorough evaluation of the appraisals to ensure they meet DNR’s standards and align with the specific requirements outlined in DNR’s guidelines.
