The CxP Consultant shall: 1. Organize, manage and coordinate the disciplines required to accomplish the work. 2. Coordinate its work with efforts performed by the County, and other Consultants and contractors. 3. Provide project management and contract administration services, which shall include: A. Provide document control for deliverables in all formats including upload/download to Unifier. B. Provide a Commissioning Management Plan (CMP). Within 30 calendar days of Notice to Proceed (NTP), provide a draft CMP including the following: 1) Overview of the commissioning process. 2) Summary of activities, roles and responsibilities including the commissioning team, Design Consultants, contractors, CM Consultant, and the County. 3) Organizational chart specific to the commissioning process.
