Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) contemplates awarding a sole source contract to Heritage University to provide college in the high school courses at no cost to students enrolling in those courses. WSAC requires the private not-for-profit four-year institution with a main campus located in Yakima County and who serves rural or underserved communities to participate in a program to offer college in the high school courses at no cost to those who enroll in the course. Heritage University is the only institution that meets all the requirements in the statute (HB 2441) – fouryear institution, not-for-profit private college, located in Yakima County and serving underserved or rural students.
