The Dining Services department at Washington State University, hereafter called “University,” “WSU,” or “WSU Dining” is initiating this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit responses from firms interested in providing a cloud-hosted menu management and inventory system. Specifically, WSU Dining is seeking a cloud-based solution that is comprehensive, enhances operational efficiency, supports dining’s initiatives to best support students, improves menu planning, inventory tracking, accessibility, and optimize resource utilization. This solution will be well organized, with a user-friendly interface, with intuitive and easily accessible features. And, this solution will enable real-time data access, seamless integration with existing systems, and provide enhanced analytics for better decision-making.
