The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying Cisco hardware and software licenses as specified in future purchase orders, ensuring that all products are eligible for Cisco SmartNet coverage. In addition to product fulfillment, the vendor must provide Cisco SmartNet Total Care support services, which include 24/7 technical assistance, advance hardware replacement, operating system software updates, and access to Cisco’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC). The vendor will also be expected to assist with SmartNet contract management, including renewals and co-termination of service agreements, to support efficient lifecycle management of Cisco assets. The goal is to establish a single point of contact for both procurement and support, streamlining operations and ensuring continuity of service.
