Demolition of existing walls, fencing, overhead structure, asphalt, concrete stairway and path, existing site furnishings, drinking fountain, and existing trees. Modification of existing utilities. Improvements include grading and drainage, concrete pavement and seating wall, special concrete at plaza, sidewalk repair and replacement, ADA ramp and concrete curb installation, electrical work and new lighting fixtures, irrigation system, fencing, exercise equipment and playground grass safety surfacing, site furnishings, bike rack, soil preparation, street trees, trees, plantings, and lawn. Coordination with artist to install three stainless steel art work at plaza and installation of tiles at seating wall.
