The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire services complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions- Child Care Resource & Referral Services. The purpose of this Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) solicitation is for the statewide provision of Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) services. CCR&R agencies play an integral role in increasing the quality of child care, providing information to parents regarding indicators of quality child care, and serving as an advocate in the community about early care and education services. The core service components of CCR&R services are Provider Services, Community Coordination and Education Services, and Parent Services. CCDF shall not be used to supplant funds currently being used to enhance the quality of child care services.
