Specifications include, but are not limited to:AGENCY is seeking contractor assistance on a project to redesign the COA for the state of Washington enterprise, including all three branches of government. The objective of this discovery and design phase is to develop an understanding of the fiscal management and reporting requirements, and to design and document the future state COA to be implemented in the new ERP. Upon completion of the project, it is expected that the following outcomes will have been achieved: • Education of state staff on the best practices and opportunities offered by a modern COA • Documented future state COA that takes into account both state enterprise and state agency needs • Verification that the new COA is supportable in any of the major ERP software packages for public sector • Completed gap analysis comparing the current and future state COA and an inventory of benefits that will be achieved by moving to the new COA • Recommended next steps including change management and governance
